In addition

testing, we have our own
environmental test chamber, which is routinely used to confirm predicted outputs
on non-standard configurations. The table below shows the maximum possible
output from each element range in free air conditions.

Electric elements are generally used where there is difficulty in providing a hot water supply. They are also used when a compact unit is required with a higher output than our L.T.U. ® D unit. They are supplied tested and pre-installed into their casings. Each element (or set of elements if more than one is used in the same casing) comes complete with thermostat and thermal overload. The maximum output is around 1500 W/m, but if there is sufficient room, 2 or more elements can be used side by side increasing the output accordingly. All our electric elements are 240V, with the Amperage draw dependant on the output. |
